We can help you with the following supports:

Support Coordination

We have a team of Support Coordinators available at Gateway Health. Your Support Coordinator will help you understand your NDIS Plan, and work out what supports you can access. They’ll help you choose providers and set up service agreements and schedules of support. Support Coordinators can also help you find and link in with other non-NDIS services in the community.

Recovery Coaching

Gateway Health is thrilled to be offering Recovery Coaching, a new support for people with psychosocial disability. Your Recovery Coach can help you to make plans for the future, to learn skills, grow in confidence, meet new people, try new activities, and to understand and work on your own recovery journey. Your Recovery Coach will also help you action your NDIS Plan so you can get the best value out of it, and be there beside you every step of the way.

Therapy supports

We offer therapy supports from a range of Allied Health professionals, including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Dietetics and Nutrition, Podiatry, Continence Nursing and District Nursing. Our skilled and experienced staff can provide assessments and interventions to assist you to increase or maintain function and independence. Not all services are available in all areas, so please contact our friendly staff to find out what services are offered where you live.

One-to-one support

Our skilled and experienced support workers can support you on an individual basis with all sorts of things – learning daily living skills, participating in your community, increasing your social interactions and networks, enjoying fun times with friends, enjoying hobbies, and so on. We can also support you to attend events like the footy or a show, go on trips away, or attend family events and celebrations.

Group programs

We also offer group programs, where you can do all of the things listed above but with others – a great way to get to know other people, make friends, build confidence and have fun. If you’re interested in being part of a group please talk to our friendly team to find out what we can offer.
