Home and Community Care (HACC) Nursing: Continence Nursing Services, District Nursing Services, Wounds
Active Rural Communities (ARC)
Provides social contact and activities for older people who are over 65 years of age and people with a disability who are less than 65 years of age. Planned Activity Groups are located at Wangaratta. This activity receives funding from the Australian and Victorian Governments.
