Care and Recovery Coordination

Care and Recovery Coordination provides support for people with drug and alcohol dependence, and other issues they are experiencing which are impacting their life.

As well as helping you with recovery from drug and alcohol dependence, we can support you with other issues impacting your life, such as housing, legal, health, and social issues.

We work with you to develop a recovery plan based on your values and needs.

We help you to set achievable goals and access the services you need, and provide you with ongoing support.

Access

This is a free and confidential service available to people of any age.

You do not need a Health Care or Medicare card to access this service.

Coordinators are based at Gateway Health in Wangaratta and Wodonga.

We can also provide outreach to the communities of Benalla, Mansfield, Myrtleford, Beechworth, and Mount Beauty.

For intake, assessment and referral please contact Australian Community Services Organisation (ACSO) on 1300 022 760 from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
