The Albury Wodonga Local Food Network (AWLFN) and Gateway Health have compiled this resource to support community members in our region to access local food, maintain a healthy diet and stay safe.

The Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) comprehensively assesses the needs of older people and facilitates access to available care services appropriate to their needs.

Access and Support

Access and Support helps people access basic services that support you to stay living independently at home as you age.

Continence Specialist Service

This service provides continence assessment, education and treatments for problems related to the bladder and bowel.

Indigenous Community Support

Indigenous Community Support provides case management and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Integrated Care and GP Support

Gateway Health works with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to ensure medical support reflects an understanding of distinct medical, cultural and other needs.
