Who: Available to anyone over the age of 18.
When: The group usually meets weekly.
Where: With COVID restrictions SMART is currently being coordinated over Zoom but we hope to get back to face-to-face in Wangaratta and Wodonga as soon as we can.
Cost: Free

The SMART program is based on a 4-Point key focus of:

  1. Building motivation
  2. Coping with urges
  3. Problem-solving
  4. Lifestyle balance

The program is coordinated by trained facilitators and focuses on the addictive behavior and not on the substance itself. Concentrating on the present and future, not about what has happened in your past.

With goal setting as one of the key elements, you will work on your own week-by-week plan.
