Gateway Health supports individuals, families and communities affected by disasters - with a focus on long-term recovery and empowering communities to connect and grow stronger.
The Victorian Flood Recovery Hotline is a single state-wide number for people affected by the October 2022 floods. Call the Hotline on 1800 560 760 from 7:30am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday. If you live in North East Victoria, you can ask to be referred directly to Gateway Health).

For Flood Recovery Support in the Federation Council, Albury City Council municipality, Greater Hume Shire, and Snowy Valleys Council areas, call 0487 374 686 (Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri) or email communityrecovery@gatewayhealth.org.au.
